Make a Complaint

There is no charge to make a complaint to our office.

We are an office of last resort. You must first go through the complaints process offered by the City division or agency. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us.

If it's not something we can look at, we'll let you know why and try to suggest who might be able to help. (Scope of our Jurisdiction)
